"I really appreciated Hannah Wagoner's help today! I simply couldn't locate my Homeowners Delcarations page online and she was so helpful in getting that to me immediately and also explained why I was unable to locate it. I have never met her but she has such a sweet and helpful personality. She even answered my random off the wall insurance question on something that didn't even really pertain to me. Great customer service! These days you are lucky to get some companies to answer the phone without having to leave a voicemail and State Farm always excels in this area. Today was no different!"
